Divorce – Just as the decision to marry is one of the most important and emotionally charged paths we choose, so too is the decision to divorce.
You or your spouse, or perhaps both of you, have come to that sometimes painful
and life altering conclusion that either one or both of you believe you are no longer
compatible and that divorce may be the only available choice.
Through divorce, which is the State regulated dissolution of your marriage, you
will, among other things, divide all of your assets and financial interests, determine
custody of your children and child support, and put yourself in a position to rebuild
and re-establish your life as a single person.
Auto Accidents - If you have been in an automobile accident or collision and you believe the other party to the collision is at fault, you have the right to recover financial damages for, among other things, your lost property, injuries to your person, lost wages, medical costs, pain and suffering and loss of enjoyment of life. If you have been contacted by a "claims adjuster" or some otherwise named individual representing the insurance company, be careful. They work for the insurance company and their interests are adverse to yours. Do not let them tape record any conversations. Contact our office and we will appraise you of your rights and consider taking your case if the circumstances warrant.
DWI - Driving While under the Influence of alcohol. If you have been charged with DWI, Driving While under the Influence of alcohol or drugs, you have now entered into a two pronged system of justice that will resolve the issues raised by those charges. Those two prongs involve the Court System and the Department of Safety. In addition to any fines imposed, both systems will determine if your license to drive or driving privileges will be revoked, for how long and how and when you may get that license or privilege returned to you.
Contact our office and we will represent your interests before both bodies and
attempt to avoid your loss of license or restore that privilege as soon as possible.
